Here at Lake Ridge Construction, we strive for excellence. Excellence in our finished product, partnered with building customer relations, results in long term benefits for both parties. We ensure a superior product with 90% or better of our work being word of mouth. Thus, ensuing confidence in customer relations resulting in peace of mind whilst undergoing project. As a family owned and operated company we are on site the entirety of the project. Remaining in control from breaking ground through custom interior finishings, we control the outcome. Unlike most contractors, we do it all from start to finish. Excluding electrical and plumbing. Operating in this fashion permits customers to rest easy with the assurance that their product is backed with the certainty of quality tagged with customer satisfaction.

Lake Ridge Construction operates with superior quality, craftsmanship, with finite attention to detail with you the customer considered in every aspect first. We like to accommodate all needs in house if possible. Whether we are supplying custom structures, furnishings, elegant slabs and beams from our mills and stock of timber, remodeling, additions, excavation, monolithic slabs, concrete patios, driveways, basement finishing, full steel exteriors both vertical and horizontal applications, we do our absolute best to exceed expectations and set the bar high.

We enjoy the challenging atmosphere of balancing customer relations when everything is on our shoulders. When we have jurisdiction over the entirety of our jobs, there is no one to “pass the buck” to except the faces in the mirror. With our families growing, both personal and extended, we are always thrilled to share our knowledge as well expand our own. There is only so much time in a day which leads to proficiency being key. Juggling family with working 10-15 hours a day as we know is like walking a tight rope. Doing what we love and loving what we do is what makes it all worthwhile at the end of every day.

Treating customers like family is what we will mention last. We do not try to upsell, oversell, etc. Simply put not every customer knows exactly what they want. Our job becomes ensuring that you the customer gets the best bang for your buck. Exploring different options to best suit your interests is what we excel at. We would much rather prefer hearing thankyou at the end of our jobs instead of why didn’t we do this instead, or I wish this. If we would not be pleased with the end product, it is believed you would not be either. Putting extra thought to prevent those outcomes we believe is what sets us apart from others.
